Hello, my fellow guitar folks. This is Arlen Roth, Mr. Hot Licks himself reporting to you. Danny asked me for an update on whats going on, so here goes.

I'm about to start a solo acoustic CD next month (May), and I'll be re-releasing my last CD,"Toolin' Around", along with some new bonus tracks. Along with solo tracks, the other artists who appeared with me on the CD are BRIAN SETZER, DANNY GATTON, DUANE EDDY, DUKE ROBILLARD, ALBERT LEE, JERRY DOUGLAS, BILL LLOYD and SAM BUSH. In fact, the track with Albert Lee, 'Rollin' Home" will be featured in the new CHARLIE SHEEN and EMILIO ESTEVEZ film on SHOWTIME, MAY 13TH, so check it out!

Last, I know many of you know the tragedy we were hit by 2 years ago, when I lost my wife, Deborah, and my oldest daughter Gillian in a car accident. Me and my youngest have been trying real hard to fight on, and we thank you fans for the thousands of letters, cards and emails of support. Gillian was just about to start her own TV show on Nickelodeon as a guitarist, just like her dad. I passed it all on to her, and now we've all been robbed forever of this incredibly beautiful genius of a child who had just turned 14. Thanks again for all your love and support.
